Who We Are

Ageana is an Enrolled Agent, designated to represent taxpayers to the IRS, and the founder at ARS Accounting LLC, a full service accounting firm in South Central Pennsylvania.   She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Elizabethtown College in PA. She is a member of the PSTAP, NATP, and the Buy Local Coalition in York County.  

With over 20 years tax compliance experience and over 13 years experience in public accounting she focuses on personalized attention and proactive financial planning.  Ageana is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex financial situations through strategic guidance and reliable expertise to achieve their long term goals.  

Outside the office, Ageana loves to enjoy life with her husband Nick, family and friends. She spends time kayaking, gardening, motorcycling, target shooting, attending concerts and enjoys watching the Hershey Bears play hockey.

Kathy Gardner is a dedicated and driven professional from the Gettysburg area. A proud mother of three and a grandmother, she finds joy and fulfillment in her family life.

Kathy is a 2022 graduate of Harrisburg Area Community College, where she earned her Associate Degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus in Healthcare. Her educational background compliments her extensive experience in the healthcare field, where she worked for many years. Though the medical field proved to be rewarding, Kathy felt ready for a new challenge and a career change that would allow her to grow and face new opportunities.

Her career transition led her to ARS Accounting LLC, where she has found the chance to apply her skills in a new industry. Kathy is excited to grow with the company and looks forward to assisting in meeting clients’ needs and goals with dedication and care.
